Booking: Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive payment of your non-refundable deposit for your stay. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. All persons staying in the apartment must identify themselves in accordance with current regulations before the arrival date.

Only the amount of persons on the booking are allowed in the property and must not exceed this amount at any time.

Please respect the neighbours and the residential areas.

No animals allowed

No smoking

Please place garbage in the black bags and into the bins outside. Please put the bin lid over the bin.

Do not turn off any appliances during your stay

No parties or events

Log out of all TV subscriptions before you depart

Leave the apartment clean in the way that you found it. 

Return keys to the lockbox per check in instructions.
